Obtain a return authorisation number from Customer Service,
without which no returned merchandise will be accepted
Return the item, having paid the shipping and insurance
costs (unless otherwise instructed, as your return authorisation number will confirm)

We will gladly replace the item or provide
you with a credit equal to the amount of your purchase.
Please Note: We will only take back equipment if it is in its
original packaging and if it is returned less than 15 days after
the transaction was completed on our site. Also note that the
following items are not returnable: lamps, cartridges, needles,
computer and video software.
